Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Consultant for Respite Services in Van Nuys, CA. This full-time hybrid role offers a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 plus an uncapped bonus potential and a 100 monthly billable requirement.

You will lead and supervise clinical teams, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, collaborate with families, and ensure compliance while benefiting from CEU support, student loan assistance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.

What You'll Do

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst , you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services while partnering with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams.

Key responsibilities include:
