360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a hybrid role in Commerce, CA. The position offers a base salary range of $87,500–$93,000 annually plus a $10,000 employee bonus and uncapped earning potential.

You will lead clinical teams, oversee individualized ABA services, and support families while benefiting from dedicated organizational support and professional development incentives.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst , you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services while partnering with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care
• Support the professional development of clinical team members

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services
• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment
