360 Behavioral Health seeks Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join a supportive team in California. You will lead ABA services, develop treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and partner with families to achieve strong client outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services while partnering with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams.

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Applicable state licensure, if required
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services
• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment
