The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. This salaried, exempt, full-time role reports to the Group Clinical Manager and requires strong clinical judgment and caregiver collaboration.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, be a BACB-certified behavior analyst, and have ASD experience.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field is required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach behavior technicians.
• Fulfill 120+ payor/client billed hours per month including supervisory and therapy hours.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and payers.
• Maintain documentation and update treatment plans monthly.
