Job summary

One of the Kids in South Austin is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to lead a dedicated ABA team and supervise a small caseload of clients. The role offers a center-based setting with weekday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends, and a collaborative work environment focused on best practices.

You will work with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams, oversee 5–6 clients, and contribute to program development while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a modern campus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; 1+ year BCBA-related experience preferred.
• Center-based in South Austin; hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM weekdays; no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small caseload of 5–6 clients (direct therapy hours 140–160 under supervision).
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy and other disciplines.
• Support evidence-based practices and ongoing program development.
