Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• CPR/AED and/or BLS certification required.
• At least two years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with children.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans for early learners.
• Analyze client needs using ABA science, medical necessity, parental input, evaluations, and behavior assessments.
• Set treatment goals based on clients' current skills and behaviors hindering learning.
• Create skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Design parent training goals emphasizing ABA principles and practical application.
• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate client progress and meet funding requirements.
• Provide ongoing case management tailored to individual client needs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure client progress and update protocols.
• Adjust goals and protocols based on client response to interventions.
