One of the Kids in Cedar Park, TX is hiring a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to lead pediatric ABA therapy at our award-winning campus, collaborating with Speech and OT to tailor plans.

The role features a very small caseload (4–5 clients), center-based care, and a flexible weekday schedule. We offer $75,000–$95,000 plus a 10% quarterly bonus, sign-on, comprehensive benefits, 401K with matching, CEU budget, PTO, holidays, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with 1+ year BCBA experience preferred.
• Very small caseload: 4–5 clients (FTE).
• Center-based in Cedar Park / North Austin area with hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM on weekdays.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary setting with Speech and Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to BCBA staff and supervise therapy delivery.
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with Speech and OT.
• Support families and ensure high-quality care; participate in team meetings and case reviews.
