Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Seguin, TX is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services to children and families within a collaborative team. The role includes supervising treatment implementation and developing individualized behavior programs.

You will conduct assessments, write treatment plans, monitor progress, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Monday–Friday schedule 8 AM–4 PM CST, with one work-from-home day per week and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certification and in good standing as a BCBA.
• Must obtain and maintain current BCBA licensure in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory protocols.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients.
• Conduct functional analyses as part of assessments.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets.
• Develop initial treatment plans and update plans per best practice and insurance guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Evaluate and report patient progress toward treatment goals.
