Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking BCBA-qualified clinicians to deliver clinic-based ABA services, supervise treatment, and coordinate with families in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–4 PM CST, with no evenings or weekends, small caseloads, one work-from-home day per week, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, retirement, bonuses, and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Board certification as a BCBA in good standing required.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure protocol adherence.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Conduct descriptive and functional analyses as part of assessments.
• Write behavior intervention plans for reduction targets.
• Develop and update treatment plans per best practice and insurance guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in interdisciplinary settings.
• Evaluate progress and oversee transition and discharge plans.
• Conduct monthly parent/caregiver trainings and additional group sessions.
• Attend department and interdisciplinary staff meetings.
• Maintain BCBA certification through continuing education.
• Obtain and maintain state licensure.
• Abide by Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
