Job summary

Attain ABA | Kadiant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)–Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical teams and advance evidence-based ABA services. This role offers flexible work arrangements and collaboration with experienced clinical leaders.

You will oversee assessments, treatment plans, and supervision across multiple settings, while mentoring staff and driving quality outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification issued by the BACB is required.
• Appropriate state license as required in state of employment.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and ABA software (Central Reach preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and supervise evidence-based ABA programs.
• Provide supervision across home, community, clinic, and daycare settings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
• Review treatment data to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Lead clinical team meetings.
• Supervise BCBA candidates per BACB requirements.
• Ensure clinical integrity and high-quality service delivery.
