Jobot is seeking a compassionate Clinical Supervisor - BCBA in San Jose, CA to develop and oversee ABA treatment programs and mentor clinical staff. The role supports families and works with a multidisciplinary team, offering a clear path for advancement and a balanced caseload.

The position is on-site, permanent, with telehealth supervision available where appropriate, and offers robust benefits and a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• BCBA certification or applicable state licensure.
• 3+ years of ABA clinical experience.
• Experience supervising and developing clinical staff.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fast-paced, collaborative environment with commitment to high-quality client care.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent coaching, education, and ongoing clinical support.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Complete clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
