Job summary

CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS is seeking a BCBA supervisor in a hybrid role (about 75% remote/telehealth) for California candidates. You will shape the next generation of our field by providing intentional supervision, rigorous BST, and substantial growth opportunities for practitioners.

You will mentor upcoming BCBAs, ensure high-quality, structured supervision, and maintain direct, professional communication with families, staff, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience mentoring BCBAs and providing structured supervision.
• Fluent in BST and able to demonstrate it.
• Pursue evidence-based practice and adapt teaching to the learner.
• Maintain professional communication with families, staff, and leadership.
• Reliable transportation and CA driver’s license.
• Pass background check, TB test within 3 weeks of hire, current immunizations.
