A leading ABA service provider is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in the San Jose area. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $100,000 with flexible scheduling, allowing for remote work during non-direct hours. Responsibilities include supervising clients and staff, mentoring, and overseeing assessments. Candidates must have an active BCBA certification, relevant Master's degree, and experience in clinical supervision. Formación

• Must have an active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising clinical staff is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clients and staff weekly to ensure quality ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs and Case Managers for their professional growth.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.

Conocimientos

Active BCBA certification

Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)

2+ years’ experience supervising clinical staff

Educación

Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
