Maxim Healthcare in Antioch and Brentwood, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home ABA services with a manageable caseload and collaborative team environment.

You will supervise staff, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with families and insurers to ensure high-quality care. Flexible scheduling, CEU support, and remote supervision options are available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Create materials to support behavior plans.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor behavioral direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to meet evolving client needs.
