Job summary

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is seeking a full-time BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Claremont, CA. The role combines clinical leadership with supervision of staff and ABA programming, supported by a dedicated operations, scheduling, billing, and HR team.

The position is hybrid, offering a collaborative environment for delivering high-quality ABA services. The role emphasizes overseeing a reasonable caseload, coaching BTs/RBTs, and partnering with families to ensure ethical, effective

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ~10–15 clients.
• Maintain at least 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct assessments and complete treatment planning.
• Review and supervise behavior intervention programs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and clinical supervision to BTs and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Ensure clinical quality, compliance and ethical service delivery.
