Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
- Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.
Responsibilities
- Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment to each patient.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence monthly.
- Observe and analyze patient progress to adjust treatment plans.
