Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for a remote role based in California. You will oversee clinical treatment, develop plans, train caregivers, and supervise behavioral technicians across settings including telehealth and home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Maintain a caseload of 12-18 patients and ensure 100% supervision hour adherence.
• Communicate treatment progress to caregivers and payers; coordinate with other professionals.
