Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of behavioral technicians across center, home, school, or telehealth settings.

This salaried, exempt, full-time role reports to the Group Clinical Manager; relocation assistance may be offered. Required qualifications include a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with demonstrated ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with ASD required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and ensure 100% adherence.
• Coordinate care with families, payers and other professionals.
• Administer and score standardized assessments.
• Update treatment plans monthly and analyze patient progress.
