Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a BCBA/ABA Analyst to support a behavioral health program delivering EPSDT ABA services for children with ASD. The role emphasizes clinical review, utilization management, provider collaboration, medical necessity, and regulatory compliance in a large healthcare setting.

Strong communication with case management and multidisciplinary teams is essential. Experience in ABA/BHT within complex health systems is required; a Master’s/Doctoral degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (required).
• 3+ years providing ABA/BHT therapy to children diagnosed with ASD (required).
• Experience supporting ABA/BHT services within a large, complex healthcare environment (required).
• Knowledge of medical necessity standards and utilization management concepts in behavioral health (required).
• Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with providers and multidisciplinary teams (required).
• Experience reviewing ABA assessments and treatment plans for best-practice alignment (preferred).
• Master’s/Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, Education, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• REQUIRED Experience supporting ABA/BHT services within a large, complex healthcare environment (integrated health system, hospital network, health plan/managed care organization, or public-sector healthcare system)
• Review FBA/ABA assessments and ABA treatment plans for best-practice alignment and medical necessity criteria
• Support daily operations of Behavioral Health Treatment (BHT) / ABA services (EPSDT programs)
• Partner with internal teams (case management, triage, navigators) to ensure timely provider linkage and member support
• Collaborate with ABA providers and contracted partners to address utilization patterns, quality, and access barriers
• Provide subject-matter expertise in ABA, behavioral health, and clinical program operations
• Develop workflows, training protocols, and documentation standards for ABA program operations
• Support compliance efforts tied to regulatory requirements, delegated vendor oversight, and audit readiness
• Contribute to quality initiatives (including NCQA-related activities), reporting, and performance improvement
