Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver behavioral assessments, evidence-based ABA interventions, and individualized treatment planning. You will work with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and independence.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR, and coordinating with speech therapists, OTs, and educators to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing with BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior changes.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Educate and support parents/caregivers in ASD strategies at home.
• Coordinate with speech, OT, and educators to ensure cohesive care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff, with training and feedback.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
• Engage with community resources to enhance client integration.
• Ensure ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements are met.
• Stay updated with behavior analysis research and best practices.
• Address crisis situations using de-escalation techniques and ensure client safety.
