Job summary

Alliant Health Group seeks a Behavior Analyst to join a multi-disciplinary team charged with reviewing ABA services, function analyses, and adaptive life skills development. You will conduct prior authorization reviews for Georgia Medicaid members and out-of-state requests, while contributing to program development and provider education.

Required are a Master's degree and BCBA certification, with 3–5 years in intellectual disabilities or related fields.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• 3–5 years of experience in intellectual disabilities or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review ABA services and function analyses; complete assessments and treatment reviews.
• Render decisions and document rationale per policy and contract timelines.
• Prepare determination letters and respond to provider inquiries within established timeframes.
• Coordinate approvals for out-of-state treatments and collaborate with ABA SME across contracts.
