Qualifications
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
