Job summary

Easterseals Northern California seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to lead and empower our care teams for children and young adults with autism. You will develop individualized ABA plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with families and providers to maximize outcomes.

The role requires a Master's degree, BCBA/BCBA-D certification, and 3+ years of autism experience. Travel and driver requirements apply; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
• Three years of experience with autism and related assessments.
• ≥12 BACB coursework units or equivalent ABA experience.
• Two+ years in staff supervision and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using VB-MAPP, AFLS, and related tools.
• Design data collection to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs in ABA concepts.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to extend ABA at home.
• Manage documentation and progress reports for insurance.
