Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager and BCBA to lead care teams providing ABA services to children and adults with autism. You will develop and supervise treatment plans, mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs, and ensure high-quality therapy across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes data-driven practice, collaboration with families, and adherence to BACB ethics, HIPAA, and documentation standards, with full-time on-site work in California.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
• Three years of experience working with children and/or adults with autism, including experience administering ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and/or Essentials for Living.
• At least 12 units of coursework from an approved BACB course sequence or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills in ABA programming and case supervision.
• Two or more years of experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans empowering clients to achieve greater independence and improve communication and social skills.
• Design and implement data collection procedures to track client progress and guide treatment modifications.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians in ABA concepts.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers to extend ABA techniques into home settings.
• Manage client documentation, review data, and submit progress reports to insurance providers.
