Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager with BCBA certification to lead ABA teams across our ASD-focused programs in California. You will supervise clinicians, design and adjust ABA interventions, and ensure high-quality service delivery for children and adults with autism.

The role requires strong clinical leadership, data-driven treatment planning, and ongoing collaboration with families, caregivers, and insurers.

Qualifications

Master's degree in related field.
BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
Three years of experience with autism including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, or Essentials for Living.
At least 12 BACB coursework units or equivalent.
Two+ years supervisory staff experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel to multiple sites.
HIPAA knowledge and BACB Ethical Code adherence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using ABA-based methods.
Design data collection procedures to track client progress and adjust interventions.
Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs; perform fidelity checks.
Collaborate with families and other providers to extend ABA techniques at home.
Manage client documentation and submit progress reports to insurers.
