Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead and empower our ABA teams serving children and adults with autism. The role focuses on developing personalized treatment plans and supervising staff to deliver high-quality services.

You will implement assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Essentials for Living, track progress with rigorous data collection, and coordinate with families and insurers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with autism, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and/or Essentials for Living.
• At least 12 units of BACB coursework or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans to empower clients for greater independence and improved communication and social skills.
• Design data collection procedures to track progress and guide treatment modifications.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs in ABA concepts with fidelity checks.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers to support home-based ABA techniques.
• Manage client documentation and timely progress reports to insurers.
