Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA teams serving children and adults with autism. You will design personalized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to implement ABA techniques across settings.

You will oversee data collection, monitor progress, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with insurance providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
• Three years of experience working with children and/or adults with autism and administering relevant assessments.
• At least 12 BACB units or equivalent ABA supervision experience.
• Two+ years of staff direction and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve independence and communication skills.
• Design data collection procedures to track progress and guide interventions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor supervisors and technicians in ABA concepts.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to extend ABA techniques home and community.
• Manage client documentation and submit progress reports to insurers.
