Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children and families in Augusta, GA. You’ll supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and advance evidence-based ABA services.

In this role you’ll assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, adjust protocols, and maintain compliant, timely clinical documentation with the team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
