Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care in Dalton, GA. You will supervise RBTs and partner with families to deliver high-quality ABA services in person.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing and state licensure where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and modify protocols as needed.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
