Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and supervise RBTs within our Columbus, GA team. You will partner with families, develop treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based care across the caseload of 6–10 clients.

Formación

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• State licensure where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and supervise RBTs.
• Provide ongoing supervision and modify protocols as needed.
• Coach and develop RBTs and staff.
• Partner with families through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Support a culture of clinical quality and continuous improvement.
