Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Support Supervisor (BCBA) to mentor and elevate clinical excellence across our clinics in California. This leadership role focuses on developing future leaders, strengthening clinical practices, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will provide supervision, onboarding, and coaching for Clinical Supervisors, travel to clinics as needed, and collaborate with operations to improve training and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Experience providing clinical supervision in ABA.
• Experience training and mentoring clinicians or supervisors.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel periodically based on business needs.
• Experience collaborating across departments and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Promote consistency in clinical practices across supported clinics.
• Provide temporary clinical coverage to ensure continuity of care.
• Mentor and coach Clinical Supervisors while supporting ethical and high-quality clinical decision-making.
• Identify barriers affecting quality, client outcomes, or clinic operations and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Support organizational initiatives focused on clinical quality and continuous improvement.
• Provide individualized onboarding, mentorship, and coaching for newly hired Clinical Supervisors.
• Reinforce training through modeling, feedback, and guided problem-solving.
• Travel to clinic locations as needed to provide in-person coaching, support, and consultation.
• Deliver structured trainings and recurring learning opportunities.
• Identify common development trends and collaborate with leadership to improve training programs and resources.
