Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical services for children. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while coordinating with families and schools. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and ongoing supervisory support.

You will monitor progress, review treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to program development within a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Current BACB credential in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
