Apex Therapy Services, headquartered in Trenton, MI, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) to design and oversee individualized ABA programs across the lifespan. You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to ensure ethical, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D (BACB) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Michigan.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexibly in various settings and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Train and supervise ABA Technicians.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
• Communicate effectively with funding sources and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure ethical and legal compliance in all aspects of service delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in crisis prevention and intervention strategies.
• Stay up to date with current research and maintain certification requirements.
