Apex ABA Therapy in Baltimore, MD seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children with autism. This is a full-time, in-person role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive salary starting at $90,000 per year, plus signing and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA therapy plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans regularly.
• Provide supervision to behavioral therapists.
• Review clinical reports and session notes.
• Write progress reports for each client.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers and provide training.
• Coordinate with Director to maintain case quality.
