Job summary

Dream Big Children’s Center is seeking a BCBA to provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized treatment plans for children aged 18 months to 5 years in a center setting.

You will guide Behavior Consultants and Behavior Therapists in delivering naturalistic ABA, building independence, social interaction, and inclusion while ensuring high-quality care and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and clinical supervision.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach with families and team members.
• Commitment to compassionate, individualized care and an inclusive center environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Consultants as they conduct functional behavior assessments, review data, and develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans that emphasize naturalistic ABA and reflect each child’s needs.
• Review client data, track progress, and adjust programming and goals as needed.
• Review progress reports from Behavior Consultants for clinical quality and accuracy.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Behavior Consultants and Behavior Therapists.
• Lead and mentor the clinical team, supporting professional growth and accountability.
• Provide in-person clinical support that promotes independence, interaction, inclusion, and a culture of excellence.
• Build collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers, and help families bring ABA strategies into everyday routines.
• Supervise individuals pursuing BCBA certification, as applicable.
• Develop and deliver training for new hires and current staff.
