MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a clinic-based team in Texas. The role emphasizes a low caseload of six clients, allowing focus on quality care, family-centered ABA, and collaborative multidisciplinary support.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA plans, supervise staff, mentor trainees, and ensure data-driven progress while maintaining compliant documentation. A supportive environment promotes professional growth in pediatrics.

Formación

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through BACB.
• Two years BCBA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs for clients.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs as needed.
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans.
• Educate parents/caregivers to support across environments.
• Collaborate with other therapies to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and BACB compliance.
