Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas is seeking a BCBA to deliver clinic-based ABA services to children and families. You will supervise treatment, conduct assessments, and write individualized behavior programs within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and in good standing.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism or related disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment and ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Write behavior intervention plans and treatment plans; update as needed.
• Maintain data collection systems and report progress toward goals.
• Provide caregiver trainings on a monthly basis at minimum.
• Maintain BCBA certification and state licensure.
