Job summary

Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based ABA therapy program serving young children with autism. Our BCBAs provide leadership in client programming, staff development, and parent training, with a collaborative team including SLPs and OTs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Valid state licensure for location of practice is required.
• BLS certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.
• On-site availability 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate goals with the team.
• Meet weekly billable hour requirements.
• Lead intake meetings with new clients and families.
• Conduct assessments using standardized measures in partnership with families.
• Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates and supervise an average caseload.
• Develop parent training goals and lead training meetings.
• Collaborate with SLP and OT to coordinate therapy for shared clients.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Attend team meetings and maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Maintain open communication with families and clinical teams.
