Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead client programming, staff development, and family training in our center-based ABA program in Virginia. You will supervise a small caseload, collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, and ensure treatment excellence through clinical audits.

The role offers a salary of $100,000 with monthly bonus eligibility, CEU support, tuition assistance up to $21,000, loan forgiveness, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Valid state licensing for location of practice.
• BLS certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.
• On-site availability 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate goals with your team.
• Meet weekly billable hour requirements.
• Lead intake meetings with new clients and families.
• Administer and score initial and ongoing measures with families.
• Supervise an average caseload of 6 clients and technicians.
• Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates.
• Develop parent training goals and lead meetings.
• Coordinate therapy with Speech and Occupational Therapists.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy when needed.
• Attend team meetings and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Maintain open communication with families and clinical teams.
