Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to young children in a center-based setting. You will work under BCBA guidance and contribute to progress tracking with data collection and goal updates.

Our program offers tuition reimbursement, RBT and BLS certification support, guaranteed 40 hours per week, and structured onboarding. You will grow within a collaborative team of BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and support staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children with developmental delays or special needs is a plus.
• RBT certification or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• BLS certification or willingness to complete training prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress using Central Reach on an iPad.
• Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Report progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals as needed.
• Assist the BCBA with family training on treatment plan implementation.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain open communication with families and the clinical team.
