Job summary

Kinuu is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead Wisconsin’s Medicaid-backed BrainyAct program as a full-time Clinical Lead and Supervisor. You will oversee RBTs and technicians, enroll providers with ForwardHealth, and shape clinical protocols for scalable care in Wisconsin.

The role emphasizes ownership of clinical work, collaboration with Clinical Operations and the Chief Science Officer, and building a practice foundation from the ground up in a first-of-its-kind program.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Wisconsin Behavior Analyst license active or eligible via reciprocity.
• Eligible to enroll with ForwardHealth; no Medicaid exclusions.
• Master’s degree in ABA with BACB-verified coursework and supervised fieldwork.
• Ability to meet in-person observation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enroll with Wisconsin Medicaid (ForwardHealth) as supervising/rendering provider.
• Supervise behavioral technicians and RBTs; promote ethics and data-driven care.
• Observe each member in person at least once every 60–75 days; supervise sessions accordingly.
• Conduct behavioral assessments; write and update treatment plans based on data.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ForwardHealth and BACB codes.
• Translate BrainyAct framework into clinical protocols and supervision workflows.
