Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians are committed to evidence-based, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment, partnering with parents for success at school and life.

We offer part-time and full-time positions, strong clinical leadership through LEARN Behavioral, and a supportive environment with ongoing CEUs and professional development

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Prioritize client safety in all cases.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
