Job summary

MyPath in Wisconsin seeks a BCBA to maintain compliance with ethics standards under supervision of the Clinic Director. You will conduct FBAs, develop function-based BIPs, and lead data-driven interventions to monitor client progress.

You will collect and review data, model behavioral strategies with direct client work, and mentor staff on ethical practices. Travel between sites, flexible hours, and collaboration with a diverse team are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of two years (three preferred) supporting individuals with autism/related disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse populations.
• Willingness to travel between sites and occasional non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ethics standards, regulations, and policies.
• Conduct FBA and develop BIPs.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Review data systems for accuracy and fidelity; provide feedback.
• Model behavioral strategies and coach staff on intervention practices.
