Job summary

Already Autism Health in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, and supervise a team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students across home, clinic, and school settings.

You will collaborate with caregivers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality ABA therapy, oversee treatment planning, and ensure ethical, effective crisis management while maintaining thorough documentation and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years of experience working with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
• Strong clinical judgement and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while following established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct behavioral services when needed.
• Supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students.
• Deliver caregiver training and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
