Job summary

PsycTalent, LLC in Fort Mill, SC seeks a dedicated BCBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing client support. You will train RBTs and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify root causes.
• Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators and families to ensure cohesive care.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans per policy.
• Stay current with ABA best practices and developments.
