Job summary

Beautiful Gate Center in North Charleston, SC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead supervision of ABA treatments and assessments for children with autism and developmental disorders.

In this full-time, on-site role you will collaborate with families, implement behavior management strategies, provide RBT support, and contribute to individualized programs within a non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Strong parent communication and collaboration experience.
• Behavior Analysis supervision skills.
• RBT training and credentialing experience.
• Previous experience working with children with autism and various developmental disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

• Conduct behavior analysis supervision and ABA treatments.
