Job summary

Already Autism Health in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a part-time BCBA to oversee clinical operations, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs, practicum students, and staff across home, clinic, and school settings.

You will collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure high-quality ABA therapy, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly. This role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Completion of the 8‑hour BACB supervisor training.
• Strong clinical judgement and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while following established guidelines.

Responsibilities

Already Autism Health is looking to add a PART-TIME Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing team of ABA providers for our beautiful clinic in Myrtle Beach, SC. As a BCBA at Already Autism Health, you will provide clinical oversight, conduct behavioral assessments, and supervise a team of RBTs, and practicum students in a variety of settings - home, clinic, and school. You will also collaborate with caregivers and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA therapy.

Compensation

$65-$70 per hour, based upon experience

BCBA Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct behavioral services when needed
• Supervise RBTs,BCBAs, and practicum students
• Deliver caregiver and RBT ongoing support
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain detailed andaccuratedocumentation
• Ensure ethical and effective practices in crisis response
• Collaborate with families, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications for BCBAs

• Master’s degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
