Succeed ABA Therapy in South Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a caseload of clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one ABA sessions and developing treatment plans. The BCBA will supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with speech and occupational therapists, conduct assessments, and train parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Strong background in ABA and clinical setting experience.
• In-person position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and staff.
• Conduct behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers.
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
