Bloomwell Autism Therapy in Minnesota is seeking BCBA clinicians to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs across locations. You will lead skilled teams, ensuring adherence to high clinical quality and family-centered care.

We offer a competitive total compensation range from $93,500 to $115,000 for non-leadership roles, plus profit-sharing bonuses. Enjoy 4 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, up to 24 WFH days, and $1,500 annual CEU reimbursement with 2 paid CEU

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
• BCBA certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.
• State license, as required.
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for building, growth and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for all clients on your caseload.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing feedback to RBTs and supporting staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards.
• Track, monitor, and analyze client data to make informed adjustments and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Partner with caregivers to strengthen engagement and ensure effective application of ABA strategies in the home environment.
• Work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to foster a positive, inclusive environment centered on belonging.
