Job summary
Bloomwell ABA is hiring for an Assistant Clinical Director BCBA in the United States. You will lead clinical teams, supervise RBTs, and drive high-quality ABA care for children with autism while supporting caregivers and families.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in ABA (or equivalent) with BACB-approved coursework.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
- Strong collaboration skills and a passion for growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Supervise RBTs and ensure adherence to Bloomwell's clinical quality standards.
- Monitor patient data and adjust treatment plans to optimize progress.
- Collaborate with caregivers to improve home ABA application and engagement.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to foster belonging and a positive clinic environment.
